Job Description

This onsite, full-time contract position offers a structured schedule within an inclusive school environment. The assignment runs from late August 2026 to early June 2027, ideal for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists as well as strong Clinical Fellows eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic setting.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Minnesota SLP license (upload PDF with your application)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong organizational, diagnostic, and documentation skills
- Must be available to work full-time, onsite M-F, covering approximately 37.5 hours each week
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records
- Consult with educators and families to share strategies and progress updates
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
