This contract position runs from December 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027—offering both a full-time role in Stockbridge and a part-time opening in Dansville for those looking to make a meaningful difference.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- Demonstrated experience delivering speech services within a school or similar environment, preferably with early childhood students
- Confidence working independently to address diverse speech and language needs
- Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively with educators and families
- Please note: SLPAs and VOCO applicants are not eligible for this role
In this role, responsibilities include:
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for early learners with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Delivering engaging, evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
- Documenting progress and maintaining required records in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and working closely with classroom teams to ensure student progress and inclusion
- Providing support and resources to families to enhance communication outcomes at home
