We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations. This role will assist with onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, recruiting coordination, compliance, and general HR administrative functions. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, background checks, and I-9 documentation.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Schedule interviews and support recruiting activities.
- Process employee status changes and maintain HRIS records.
- Coordinate employee training, meetings, and company events.
- Support payroll and timekeeping administration.
- Assist with compliance reporting and HR audits.
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and management.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of HR, administrative, or office support experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus
- $28/hr - $34/hr depending on experience
