The Division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology at our organization is on the lookout for a committed and collaborative rheumatologist with exceptional clinical skills to join our faculty team. This role presents an exciting chance to deliver specialized, interdisciplinary care to individuals suffering from Sjögren's Disease and Vasculitis at our dedicated centers.
Candidate ProfileThe preferred candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in engaging in clinical trials related to Sjögren's and Vasculitis, aiming to enhance both patient care and research initiatives.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, vascular, and/or salivary gland ultrasound is highly desirable, although training can be provided.
- Must possess an MD or equivalent degree.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine and board certification/eligibility in Rheumatology is required, along with the capability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania license.
- Completion of an accredited Rheumatology fellowship is mandatory.

- Participate in clinical trials focused on Sjögren's and Vasculitis.
- Fulfill a minimum of 6 inpatient weeks annually (negotiable).
- Deliver high-quality rheumatology education, training, and mentorship to medical students, residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with academic and basic science colleagues within the Division of Rheumatology and the Department of Medicine, which includes attending faculty meetings, serving on committees, addressing quality concerns, and participating in grand rounds.
