The Pediatric Endocrinology Division at our organization, in collaboration with the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, is seeking a Pediatric Endocrinology physician. Candidates must possess an MD or equivalent degree, be board certified or board eligible in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology, and have the capability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license. H1B visa sponsorship is available.


Opportunity Overview
  • Primary clinical role encompassing both inpatient and outpatient duties.
  • Contribute to the expansion and development of our established practice, supported by a team of nurses and certified diabetes educators.
  • Engage in a busy inpatient and consult service, alongside an active Fellowship program that currently accommodates three Fellows annually.
  • The Pediatric Endocrinology Division boasts a long-standing tradition of excellence and a thriving outpatient practice, serving as the primary referral center for Western Pennsylvania, Northeastern Ohio, and Northern West Virginia.
  • Our team consists of 17 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers, complemented by 17 diabetes educators, 4 dietitians, 2 social workers, a clinical psychologist, and 9 endocrine nurses. The Division operates across multiple locations in Western Pennsylvania and is well-positioned for significant growth to ensure optimal care for all children.
  • Both the Division of Endocrinology and our organization have consistently been recognized in the Top 10 Honor Roll of U.S. News & World Report’s list of ‘America’s Best Children’s Hospitals,’ including a current ranking of #6.
