The Senior Recruitment Consultant will focus on identifying and placing top talent within the property industry. This role involves building strong client and candidate relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring successful placements. Description You'll manage end-to-end, 360 recruitment processes and play a key role in growing long-term partnerships. Build trusted relationships with clients, offering clear, consultative advice on their hiring needs. Spot and act on business development opportunities, growing existing partnerships and opening doors to new ones.
