Quick Overview of the Company: Location: Milwaukee and Madison, WI Project Type: Education, Health-care, Commercial, Multi-Family, Special Projects Location of Jobs: All within 60 minutes of Madison, WI Work-flow: The Self Perform Project Manager will select trades scopes on projects ranging from $5-150M Description Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project life-cycle. Profile Minimum 7 years experience in project management within the commercial construction Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture preferred Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes. Job Offer Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 annually.
