Compensation and Benefits

• Average annual earning potential exceeding $800,000 (based on $8,000/day production, 4-day work week, 50 weeks)

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
\n
• Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontics residency program

• Active or eligible Arizona dental license (credentialing support provided)

• Proficiency in all phases of endodontic therapy, including retreatment and microsurgery
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Open to both experienced Endodontists and new graduates; mentorship and integration support available
