Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Current SLPA credentials as required by state guidelines.
- Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, teachers, and families.
- Flexible approach with a commitment to supporting diverse learners.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic school atmosphere.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Provide direct support and interventions to students across various grade levels (final caseload details shared during interview).
- Assist with progress monitoring, documentation, and reporting on student outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute observations for student planning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with teachers and families about student progress and strategies.
