Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current SLPA credentials as required by state guidelines.
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, teachers, and families.
  • Flexible approach with a commitment to supporting diverse learners.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic school atmosphere.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Provide direct support and interventions to students across various grade levels (final caseload details shared during interview).
  • Assist with progress monitoring, documentation, and reporting on student outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute observations for student planning.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers and families about student progress and strategies.
