- Strong organizational skills for managing homebound caseloads and maintaining clear documentation.
- Committed to onsite service delivery and adaptable to changing student needs.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with families and school staff.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver 6 hours per week of homebound instructional and compensatory services to a 3rd grade student with significant life skills needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with IEP goals.
- Monitor and report student progress, adapting strategies to maximize learning.
- Communicate regularly with district staff and caregivers to coordinate support and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate and timely records for all service hours and student interactions.
- Comply with district guidelines and timelines for service documentation and reporting.
