Step into a rewarding opportunity this upcoming school year by supporting students’ communication growth as a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist in a welcoming educational environment near Vacaville, CA. This contract position runs from August 11, 2026, to June 6, 2027, and offers a variety of caseload options depending on your experience and preference.

Caseloads Available:

  • Full-time, single-site placement supporting two Special Day Classes for High School through Post-Secondary students (Intensive and Mild/Moderate).
  • Full-time, split across two sites, with a blend of Special Day Class involvement: middle school intensive/mild-mod (60%) and elementary mild-mod (40%).
  • Full-time, single-site placement for a Mild/Moderate Program serving transitional kindergarten through 5th grade.

Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and certification (SLP-CCC) in California
  • Experience supporting school-aged children in education settings
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and implement customized therapy plans
  • Commitment to providing in-person support—this is an onsite-only position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education and therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to promote success
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and support IEP meetings as needed
  • Adapt services to various special education settings and caseloads
