Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification required
- Experience with K-2 age students preferred

- Familiarity with cross-categorical special education environments
- Commitment to maintaining accurate and thorough documentation and IEP records
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students in resource/cross-categorical classrooms
- Develop, implement, and track Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom culture
- Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and service providers
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on student progress and needs
- Adapt teaching strategies and materials for a range of abilities
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
