Job Summary
We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Laborer for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity in Tucson, AZ. This entry-level warehouse role is a great fit for someone who wants steady weekday hours, weekends off, and the chance to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced production and operations environment.
As a Warehouse Laborer, you will support daily warehouse operations by picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and helping keep the work area safe and efficient. This is a supportive team environment where reliability, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn can help you grow into a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare products and materials for shipment and delivery.
- Load and unload incoming materials, supplies, and warehouse inventory.
- Organize stock, maintain inventory areas, and keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
- Assist with general warehouse labor, production support, and daily operational tasks.
- Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with team members.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $15.45.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
