Overview of the Position:

• Location: UPMC Chautauqua, 207 Foote Ave, Jamestown, NY 14701
• Employment Status: Full Time
• Visa Sponsorship: J1 sponsorship available until 2027; H1B applicants are encouraged to apply
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts with no inter-site travel. Radiologists share weekday and weekend duties equally, averaging 1:4.
• Compensation Package Includes:
  • Onsite Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 for this full-time, onsite role
  • Teleradiology Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for this full-time position
  • Productivity Incentive: Unlimited earning potential for physicians
  • Additional Incentives: Eligible for up to $40,000 in quality, retention, and onsite incentives
  • CME Funding: Available for continuing education
• Work-Life Balance: No on-call duties! Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and CME days provided
• Leadership Role: Opportunity for Radiology Medical Directorship based on experience
• Breast Imaging Experience: Preferred but not mandatory

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
• American Board Eligible, American Board Certified, or Canadian Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Ability to secure an unrestricted New York Medical License and obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and professional setting

Salary Range: Minimum of $532,000 | Maximum of $600,000 (dependent on onsite vs. teleradiology).
