The Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical support and engineering expertise to improve manufacturing operations, equipment performance, and production efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with operations, maintenance, and production teams to develop manufacturing solutions, support continuous improvement initiatives, and drive the production of high-quality products. Description The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Design, develop, and implement manufacturing equipment, tooling, and process improvements. Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process-related issues while partnering with production and maintenance teams to resolve problems. Support capital equipment projects, including vendor identification, equipment selection, purchasing justification, and implementation. Create and maintain standardized work instructions, operating procedures, and production standards. Coordinate tooling and fixturing requirements, repairs, and priorities with internal teams. Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation. Analyze production performance and recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and product quality. Assist with engineering documentation, training programs, and implementation of best practices. Support safety initiatives and help identify opportunities to improve workplace safety and operational effectiveness. Participate on cross-functional teams focused on manufacturing improvement projects. Apply today for immediate consideration! Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred. 2+ years of manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering experience within a production environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to work in a hands-on manufacturing setting. Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Inventor. Ability to read blueprints and utilize precision measuring equipment. Working knowledge of GD&T, SPC, and manufacturing process improvement methodologies. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
