Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Master’s degree in special education, school psychology, social work, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience working in K-8 or similar school settings is strongly desired
• Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop positive behavior intervention plans for a diverse K-8 caseload (majority K-3)
• Collaborate closely with two behavioral specialists, two social workers, and an educators’ collaborative to share insights, strategies, and best practices
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, staff, and families, ensuring seamless implementation of behavior plans
• Attend weekly team meetings (Wednesdays until 4:45 p.m.), and display flexibility for occasional adjustments to start/end times
• Help establish foundational systems and workflows for the BCBA role, shaping its practices for future growth
• Support a highly inclusive, positive school culture
