Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We're hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lexington, South Carolina! Join a supportive school team serving students with communication needs while enjoying a balanced caseload and collaborative work environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop, implement, and update IEP goals and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student support discussions
  • Complete required documentation and progress reports
  • Support student communication success across educational settings


Position Details:

  • Full time
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Caseload: Approximately 45-50 students
  • District is ready to interview and offer
  • Onsite position

What You Need:

  • Active or eligible South Carolina SLP license
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA certification preferred
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
