Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Cardiac Electrophysiology Advanced Practice Provider to work locum shifts in Flagstaff, Arizona (AZ) starting 08/2026.The role offers on-going coverage and a competitive market rate.
\nThe Cardiothoracic Surgery role:
\nLocation: Flagstaff, Arizona (AZ)
\nStart date: 08/2026- Ongoing
\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No call)
\nHospital shifts and possible clinic shifts
\nMinimum 3-4 weeks per month coverage
\nCoverage Dates:
\nAugust 17 – August 21
\nAugust 24 – August 28
\nAugust 31 – September 4
\nSeptember 14 – September 18
\nSeptember 21 – September 25
\nSeptember 28 – October 2
\nOctober 5 – October 9
\nOctober 12 – October 16
\nOctober 19 – October 23
\nNovember 16 – November 20
\nNovember 23 – November 27
\nDecember 21 – December 25
\nJanuary 25 – January 29
\nMarch 22 – March 26
\nMarch 29 – April 2

\nAcute Care Hospital
\n268 beds
\nAdult patient population
\nApproximately 14 clinic patients per day
\nElectrophysiology clinic and hospital coverage
\nEP physician support
\nEMR: Cerner
\nRequirements:
\nArizona license, active and unrestricted
\nBoard Certified P) or NP
\nDEA
\n1 year EP experience
