\nChardon Custom Polymer is seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Union Rubber Mill Operators. This position involves working in a manufacturing environment processing and handling rubber materials used in custom polymer production. Candidates must be able to work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting and follow all company and union work rules.\n
\n
\nResponsibilities\n
\n

\n
• Operate and assist with rubber milling and processing equipment
\n
• Handle, move, and process rubber materials as directed
\n
• Monitor product quality and production standards
\n
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
\n
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
\n
• Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned
\n

\nRequirements\n
\n

\n
• Ability to work a 10-hour overnight shift
\n
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift
\n
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
\n
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
\n
• Steel-toe shoes or boots required
\n
