You'll work closely with leadership while maintaining a high level of independence in diagnosing and repairing equipment. \n

\nJob Responsibilities:\n
\n

- Maintain and repair industrial plant equipment and machinery \n
- Diagnose electro-mechanical issues including motors, controls, and mechanical systems \n
- Troubleshoot and maintain equipment with pneumatic operations and controllers \n
- Repair machinery used for operations such as bending, punch press, crimping, welding, and marking \n
- Fabricate replacement components using the in-house machine shop \n
- Maintain supporting systems including ink printers, degreasing equipment, and testing devices \n
- Travel 4-5 weeks per year internationally to support repairs at a secondary facility (company-paid travel) \n
\nRequired Qualifications:\n
\n
- \n
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience combining mechanical and electrical work \n
- Strong troubleshooting skills with motors, controls, and plant equipment (up to 480v) \n
- Experience with PLCs or industrial control systems is helpful (Omron controllers) \n
- Ability to work independently and solve problems without step-by-step manuals \n
- Comfortable fabricating or modifying components when needed \n
