Step into a rewarding, impactful position supporting student success as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school-based setting near Suisun City, CA. This full-time, onsite opportunity runs from August 11, 2026, through June 6, 2027, offering a chance to make a measurable difference in the lives of children and young adults. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and a dedicated multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

Choose among caseloads tailored to your interests and expertise:

  • 1.0 FTE at one site: Focus on two Special Day Classes serving High School and Post-Secondary students with Intensive and Mild-Moderate needs.
  • 1.0 FTE split between two sites: Work with a 0.6 FTE caseload in a Middle School Special Day Class and a 0.4 FTE at an Elementary level, addressing both Intensive and Mild-Moderate needs.
  • 1.0 FTE at one site: Serve students in a Mild-Moderate Program, TK-5th grade.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and active California SLP license/certification (CCC-SLP preferred)
  • Experience in school-based settings strongly desired
  • Familiarity with Special Day Class and Mild/Moderate caseloads
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Dedication to supporting and advocating for diverse learners

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation to meet compliance standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff and families
