We’re seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are passionate about helping students thrive. As onsite professionals, you’ll collaborate with school staff, students, and families to make a meaningful difference in communication skills and academic success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Maryland
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to creating inclusive, supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to a caseload of approximately 55 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and school team discussions
  • Offer consultation and resources to educational staff as needed
