Physician: Radiologist (Remote)

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Diagnostic Radiologist to become a part of our exceptional team of collaborative physicians. Our organization is a distinguished, fully integrated healthcare system located in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, conveniently situated between Chicago O'Hare and Milwaukee International airports.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret a wide variety of diagnostic imaging modalities.
- Engage in both onsite and remote practice, with home workstations provided from day one.
- Participate in academic-quality case reviews without the need for overnight shifts.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
- Fellowship training or experience in breast imaging, neuroradiology, and musculoskeletal imaging is preferred but not mandatory.
- Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited program.
- Hybrid work environment combining onsite and remote responsibilities.

- Primary practice locations include our Level One Trauma Center and Women's Center in Rockford, as well as our latest micro-hospital in Crystal Lake.
