The Division of Child Advocacy at our organization is on the lookout for a BC/BE Child Abuse Pediatrician to become a part of our dedicated Child Advocacy team.
The selected candidate will collaborate with eight esteemed faculty members within a well-regarded Division of Child Advocacy. The rank and salary will be aligned with the candidate's experience.
Opportunity Highlights- Position based in a hospital-affiliated child advocacy center accredited by the National Children's Alliance (NCA).
- Engagement with a diverse range of professionals across various jurisdictions.
- Medical staff will assess children suspected of experiencing physical abuse, sexual abuse, and neglect in both inpatient and outpatient environments, including community settings.
- Numerous teaching opportunities available for a variety of learners, including trainees, medical personnel, and community collaborators.
- Our pediatrics residency program is recognized as one of the top in the nation, with all residents spending two weeks at the Child Advocacy Center during their second year.
- Administrative and research roles available based on interest.
- In 2025, our medical team evaluated over 300 inpatients, conducted more than 600 forensic interviews at the Child Advocacy Center, and our ARCH clinic (Advocacy Resources for Children) assessed over 2000 children.

- The physician will rotate between inpatient consultations and outpatient medical examinations in our child-friendly clinic.
