Be the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Wanted to Be

Your impactful journey includes:

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Acting as a vital link between administration, nursing management, and staff.
  • Overseeing nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or within specific units.
  • Monitoring and managing staff performance, including providing immediate feedback, conducting annual evaluations, and administering performance counseling and discipline.
  • Engaging in patient care as necessary and building meaningful relationships by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery.

Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
  • BLS certification, with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting the position.
  • CRRN certification to be acquired within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
  • Previous leadership experience, such as a charge nurse or in a lead capacity, with responsibilities for interim reporting, issue resolution, direction setting, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
