Job Description We are seeking a User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team supporting Edward Jones Home Office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UX design, Figma, and usability design and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into simple, user-centered digital experiences. This is a staff augmentation opportunity with a high chance of extension. Responsibilities: Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products that support financial advisors and branch teams. Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. Partner with UX Research to synthesize insights and co-create effective solutions. Facilitate discovery, gather and refine requirements, and align designs to business objectives. Collaborate with Product, Business, Technology, Operations, Service, Change Management, and UX stakeholders. Communicate design rationale, present concepts, and incorporate feedback while maintaining a user-centered approach. Simplify complex workflows and financial concepts into intuitive experiences. Contribute in Agile ceremonies across planning, refinement, design, development, and validation. Ensure feasibility, accessibility, and alignment with design systems and UX best practices. Build trusted relationships to drive alignment and delivery. Leverage modern AI-assisted design and productivity tools to accelerate exploration and collaboration. Required Skills & Qualifications: Professional experience designing enterprise or customer-facing digital products as a UX Designer. Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and component-based design systems. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered process, interaction design, and visual design. Include portfolio in CV submission. Communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver with minimal direction. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders. Problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows and information. Experience level: 4+ years. Bachelor degree. Preferred Skills: Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries. Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Experience working with enterprise design systems. Experience with AI-powered design and development tools. UX strategy, service design, and agile digital product experience. Why BCforward?
