Job Description
Position: 2nd Shift Forklift Operator
Pay: $18.50
Shift: 2PM-10:30PM, Monday-Friday; Overtime as Needed on Saturdays 6AM-2PM
Location: Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and material handling equipment
- Load, unload, and organize materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation
- Perform routine equipment safety checks and minor maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of forklift operating experience, specifically with sit-down forklifts
- OSHA forklift certification or previous experience preferred
- RF scanner experience is a plus
- Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Skills
- Expertise in forklift operation and material handling
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven setting
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Dependability and willingness to work overtime as needed
- Bilingual skills are a bonus, but not required
