Instructional Assistant - Oakland, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma, with some college coursework in education or related fields a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support under the guidance of classroom teachers
• Assist with the implementation of lesson materials and activities
• Offer individualized attention to students requiring additional support

• Support students with special needs in both academic and social settings
• Encourage student engagement and participation
• Observe and document student progress for educator review
