This role focuses on delivering personalized interventions and supporting progress in both fine and gross motor skills within a dynamic school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid OT licensure and certification, with credentials to practice in educational and healthcare settings
• Background in school-based OT, home health, or related healthcare environments
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and address both fine and gross motor skill needs in pediatric populations
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Experience developing tailored treatment plans to foster student independence and participation in school activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions that support academic performance and daily functioning
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, evaluations, and individualized treatment plans
• Engage with families to support generalization of skills across home and school settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and deliver input as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team
