Job Summary

A growing legal services team in Seattle, WA is seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Paralegal to support attorneys, clients, courts, and outside parties throughout the full case lifecycle. This direct hire Paralegal opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

This role offers meaningful hands-on legal support responsibilities, exposure to multiple case stages, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain case files from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and case-related materials.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, and other parties.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, client meetings, filings, and service of documents.
- Obtain, organize, and summarize medical, employment, financial, and other records needed for case development.
- Assist attorneys with legal research, case strategy, trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and document organization.
