Position Details

We are actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ob/Gyn to join our team and support the expansion of our program to meet the demands of our growing community. From day one, you can expect a busy practice and should be enthusiastic about performing minimally invasive gynecological surgeries, including:

• Laparoscopy for endometriosis
• Pain management for pelvic issues
• Ovarian cyst treatments
• Management of ectopic pregnancies
• Endometrial ablation
• Surgery for uterine fibroids

Our facility boasts:

• Over 2,400 deliveries each year
• Two dedicated operating rooms
• Eight labor rooms
• A 12-bed Level II NICU
• A collaborative environment with midwives, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and OB hospitalists
• 24-hour laborist support
• Dedicated surgical techs and nursing staff for gynecology and obstetrics
• 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage
• A brand-new outpatient office facility that opened in June 2025
• Robotic surgery options available, though not mandatory

Compensation and Benefits

• A highly attractive base salary with RVU incentives

The West Florida Division Medical Group is rapidly expanding to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
