\nAIMS Companies is growing and looking for skilled CDL Operators to join our Hydro Excavation & Industrial Services team. If you have experience operating hydro vac trucks, vacuum equipment, or construction machinery - we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do
\n- \n
- Operate hydro excavation trucks for potholing, trenching, tunneling, daylighting, and utility locating \n
- Manage high pressure water systems (up to 3000 PSI) \n
- Perform vacuum excavation and cleaning tasks safely and efficiently \n
- Complete service tickets, paperwork, and digital records \n
- Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety procedures \n
- Work as part of a 2 person crew with strong communication \n
- Travel to job sites during the week; occasional overnight stays depending on project needs \n
Minimum Requirements
\n- \n
- Class A or B CDL with Tanker Endorsement \n
- Ability to operate required equipment \n
- 21+ years old \n
- Able to communicate in English (verbal & written) \n
- Pass pre employment drug screen & background check \n
- CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) \n
- Authorized to work in the U.S. \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Hydro excavation or vacuum truck experience \n
- Strong customer service and communication skills \n
- Problem solving and decision making ability \n
Work Environment
\n- \n
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions \n
- Exposure to heat, cold, rain, chemicals, and job site hazards \n
- Must be able to wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, etc.) \n
- Physical activity including standing, bending, climbing, and lifting \n
- Occasional overnight travel depending on project location \n
