This full-time contract opportunity seeks an experienced BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about enhancing the educational experience for students with disabilities. You’ll contribute directly to the goal of improving the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD), ensuring every learner gains access to meaningful, supportive instruction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active certification as a BCBA or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
  • Experience working within school settings, preferably with diverse student populations.
  • Strong understanding of LRE principles and supporting Students with Disabilities.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collect and analyze behavioral data effectively.
  • Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, develop, and implement behavioral intervention plans for students with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with educators, therapists, families, and other team members to ensure cohesive support.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to support the goal of least restrictive placements.
  • Provide staff training and guidance on effective behavioral management.
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation and communicate progress regularly.
