This role is tailored for a passionate SLPA who enjoys a manageable caseload (under 30 students) and thrives within an onsite, collaborative school environment. With a set schedule of 35 hours per week, you’ll have the consistency and structure that supports both work-life balance and impactful therapy.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current SLPA licensure as required by the state of Florida
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Ability to work onsite and engage with students in person
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Compassionate and team-oriented approach when supporting young learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Assist with planning and implementing individual or group sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Document student progress, maintain detailed records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student growth
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment where students feel confident practicing new skills
