Para Professional in Littleton, CO

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in behavioral support, preferably within a school setting
• Prior involvement with significant and/or severe caseloads strongly preferred
• Reliable personal transportation; public transit and ride-sharing options are not considered sufficient
• Preparedness to report to work by 7:40am for Elementary or 8:00am for Middle/High School locations
• Flexibility to serve at various school sites with different age groups as needed
• Ability to assist students with toileting and diapering as required
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting immediately following offer acceptance; any criminal charges will result in district rejection

Responsibilities:

• Support the instructional and behavioral needs of students under the direction of school staff
• Adapt to changing assignments, including location and age group, as school needs evolve
• Address the personal care needs of students responsibly and professionally
• Participate in all required training and adhere to school guidelines
