Family Law Attorney

SUMMARY:

Our client, a growing and modern law firm, is seeking a Spanish-speaking Family Law Attorney to join their team. This firm is focused on delivering strategic, client-centered legal services in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and related disputes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to do meaningful work, collaborate with a supportive team, and work directly with clients in both English and Spanish.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Manage a family law caseload with independence and strategic oversight

- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

- Advise clients on legal strategy and case progression

- Handle contested family law matters including divorce and custody disputes

- Negotiate settlements and litigate when necessary

- Apply Texas Family Code effectively in client representation

- Communicate clearly with clients in both English and Spanish (no translator support)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of experience in family law, including contested matters

- Active license with the Texas Bar

- Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills

- Ability to manage cases independently

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)

Experience representing Spanish-speaking clients directly
