Our organization is actively searching for a dedicated OB/GYN physician to become part of our esteemed and busy team in Springfield, Ohio. This vibrant community is ideally situated between Dayton and Columbus, offering a wonderful place to live and work. We provide a salary guarantee for up to two years, along with productivity incentives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the growth of OB/GYN services across three counties: Clark, Champaign, and Greene.
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule with a guaranteed 1:6 OB call rotation, including a day off after call.
- Engage in quality improvement and business development initiatives alongside leadership.
- Manage approximately 100 deliveries and GYN cases as you advance in your career, with over 1,300 deliveries projected for 2024.
- Utilize the DaVinci Robot available at our Medical Center.
- Access OB GYN and Maternal Fetal Medicine services.
- One primary location: Mercy Health Springfield Regional Medical Center, featuring 254 beds.
- Facilities include 8 labor and delivery rooms, 20 post-partum rooms, and 6 triage rooms.
- Utilize EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot for efficient patient management.
- Midwife support available at the Medical Center, transitioning to 24/7 coverage soon.
- Office support from Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- New Doula Program to enhance patient care.
- A state-of-the-art Women's Wellness Center is set to open in 2026.
