\nBon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our established outpatient practice in Richmond, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

100% outpatient practice

MondayFriday schedule (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

Average 1824 patients per day
\n - \n
1.0 FTE with a 1-year ramp-up period
\n - \n
Call schedule: every 68 weeks (shared among 10+ providers)
\n - \n
Productivity-based compensation model
\n
Clinical Scope:
\n- \n
- \n
Routine and acute primary care visits (adult population)
\n - \n
Sports medicine services including:
\n- \n
- \n
PRP injections
\n - \n
Concussion testing
\n - \n
Ultrasound-guided injections
\n
\n - \n
- \n
Onsite diagnostic capabilities: lab, EKG, X-ray, point-of-care testing
\n - \n
Telemedicine and E-visit capabilities via MyChart
\n
Practice Environment:

Established practice with strong community reputation

Collaborative team of 5 experienced providers
\n - \n
1:1 clinical support (CMA/LPN), plus administrative and phlebotomy support
\n - \n
Mentorship and onboarding support, including EMR training (EPIC)

Opportunities for student precepting and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
\n- \n
- \n
MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\n - \n
Sports Medicine training or experience preferred
\n - \n
