A unique pharmacists opportunity offers a 13-week travel assignment based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexible rotation shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role delivers comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services across inpatient and outpatient settings, caring for a diverse patient population ranging from neonatal to geriatric patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and pharmacy services in accordance with established policies.
- Manage clinical pharmacy services in various departments, including specialized clinics.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, supervising pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
- Participate in quality improvement programs to enhance clinical services and patient care.
- Serve as Clinic Manager of Operations, ensuring adherence to organizational mission and values.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education.
- Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia (no Arizona license required).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Registered Pharmacist.
- At least one year of clinical pharmacy experience.
- Ability to work rotational shifts and provide flexible coverage.
Location & Schedule:
- Based in Las Vegas, NV.
- 7 days on / 7 days off rotation.
- Workweek: Wednesday through Tuesday.
- Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–9:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.
