Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Mantey Heights Rehabilitation and Care Center, Grand Junction, CO

Compensation: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations for residents.
  • Create and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual resident needs and objectives.
  • Deliver expert occupational therapy services to residents recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or functional decline.
  • Evaluate and recommend adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and necessary environmental adjustments.
  • Provide education to residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic methods and safety protocols.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation in line with facility, state, and federal regulations.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary care plan meetings.
  • Track resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and professional standards.
Qualifications
  • Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
  • Preferred experience in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment and treatment planning.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding resident-centered care.

Position Details
  • Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour, based on experience
