As a Thoracic Surgeon within our organization’s healthcare team, you will be at the cutting edge of advancements in thoracic trauma, oncology, and respiratory medicine. Your responsibilities will include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with surgical requirements related to the vascular system, as well as performing necessary surgical procedures. • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited U.S. medical or osteopathic school; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
• Active medical license to practice in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
• Eligibility for board certification.
• Completion of at least one year in an accredited graduate medical education internship.
• Successful completion of a thoracic surgery training program.
• Aged between 21 and 42 years (waivers considered on an individual basis).
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
