Role Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis

• Manage care at the unit level
\n
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated

• Support the facility CNO to ensure:\n

  • High quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care

  • Competency of clinical staff
  \n
  • Appropriate resource management related to patient care
