General Surgeon Is Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage in Arizona

Job Overview

While your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break

Patient Care and Procedures

• Approximately 1,540 patients treated annually, with around 2,000 procedures performed each year
• Government facility environment
• About 500 deliveries and roughly 82 C-sections conducted each year
• Colonoscopy and EGD skills are required, along with proficiency in GI anatomy and scope usage
• Pediatric general surgery experience with patients aged 1 year and older
• Circumcision experience is preferred but not mandatory
• ASGE or ABS flexible endoscopy curriculum training is highly desirable
