Compensation: Up to $1,050 to $1,190.00 gross pay per shift

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will ensure the provision of safe patient care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct patient care within the defined scope of practice
• Guiding patient and family education, as well as overseeing the activities of other nursing staff
• Maintaining high standards of care in the Telemetry Unit
• Being accountable for the care provided to assigned patients
• Communicating effectively with physicians regarding any changes in patients' clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic results, and symptoms
• Responding promptly and accurately to any changes in patient conditions or treatment responses

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Possession of a current and valid state RN License
• Current BLS certification upon hire and maintenance of certification
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire
• Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintenance of certification
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required

Compensation Transparency

Our organization offers competitive pay. The estimated compensation range for this role is:

$75.00–$85.00 per hour, applicable to residents of California. Please note that this estimate may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by various factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
