Seeking Emergency Medicine Physician for Rotating Shifts in Central Pennsylvania

As an integral member of our Emergency Department, your primary duties will involve assessing and treating individuals facing a variety of acute and critical health issues. Primary Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive emergency medical services to patients across all age groups.
- Conduct initial assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and stabilization for various medical conditions.
- Work alongside hospital specialists and support personnel to ensure smooth patient care.
- Maintain precise and timely medical records in accordance with hospital regulations.
- Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and safety.
- Provide leadership and support to mid-level providers and nursing staff as needed.
- Participate in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the Emergency Department schedule.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
- Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in Pennsylvania.
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Capability to manage high patient volumes with confidence and care.
