Job Description

You’ll work with a collaborative educational team, providing quality speech-language support to a manageable caseload. Caseload age preferences will be discussed during the interview process and taken into account to help match you with the right assignment.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Must hold an active Texas state SLPA license by the start date
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Detail-oriented with a positive, student-focused attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language support services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
- Assist in screenings, assessments, and data collection
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and follow district and state guidelines
