Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Copperas Cove, TX

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold an active Texas state SLPA license by the start date
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with a positive, student-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language support services under the supervision of licensed SLPs
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
• Assist in screenings, assessments, and data collection
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and follow district and state guidelines
