Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Pediatrician eager to join a flourishing practice within a secure, physician-led, multispecialty environment. We are offering a full-time position for a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician.

You will become part of a compassionate team consisting of five Pediatricians, located in our picturesque clinic in the Old Mill District. Our Pediatrics department operates from Monday to Saturday. As a physician-led and professionally managed group practice in Central Oregon, we have multiple locations in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, and Sunriver. Our medical group comprises over 200 providers across 30 specialties, delivering care to more than 60,000 patients in the region. We have established ourselves as leaders in quality care, consistently achieving a 4.9-star rating or higher on nearly all value-based contracts, ranking in the top decile for customer satisfaction, and earning a perfect CMS Quality (MIPS) score of 100 out of 100 for the past three years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality pediatric care in a supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in after-hours call support through a dedicated nursing line.
Qualifications
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
