Description Support and enforce company safety programs across active construction sites. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements. Partner with project teams, subcontractors, and field leadership to proactively identify and mitigate jobsite risks. Lead safety orientations, training sessions, toolbox talks, and incident prevention initiatives. Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns while implementing corrective actions. Maintain safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records. Assist with developing project-specific safety plans and emergency response procedures. Promote a positive safety culture that prioritizes accountability and continuous improvement. Profile Minimum 2+ years of construction safety experience. Experience working for a general contractor or relevant construction subcontractor. Working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with field personnel and project leadership. Ability to conduct jobsite audits, inspections, and safety training. Passion for fostering a safe and productive construction environment. Safety certifications are preferred but not required depending on experience level.
