This position serves as the right hand to executive leadership while overseeing preconstruction strategy, estimating operations, and a growing construction team. Client Details Our client is a privately held real estate developer with a large national footprint spanning retail, office, hospitality, and industrial assets. With decades of success and a fully integrated development and construction platform, the company continues to expand while maintaining a long-term investment approach. Description Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities across multiple project types Manage and mentor a team of 5 estimators supporting vertical and civil work Partner with executive leadership on project strategy and risk assessment Oversee budgeting, cost planning, and value engineering initiatives Support delivery of retail, warehouse, and commercial development projects Profile A successful Director of Construction should have: 10+ years of construction, preconstruction, or estimating leadership experience Strong retail construction background required Experience with developers, general contractors, or integrated construction groups Proven leadership managing estimating or preconstruction teams Ability to operate in a highly confidential executive-level environment Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 180.000 to USD 200.000.
