MEP Superintendent - Mission Critical Construction

Description Oversee installation and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on-site. Manage subcontractors and field crews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Conduct inspections and resolve issues related to MEP systems during construction. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align field activities with design requirements. Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control for mission-critical facilities like data centers or healthcare facilities. Profile Proven experience managing MEP systems on large-scale construction projects, preferably mission-critical or data centers. Strong ability to lead and coordinate subcontractors and field teams across multiple locations. In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a focus on quality and compliance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with project stakeholders. Willingness to travel extensively through Texas and adapt to varying job site conditions.
